International Terms and Conditions for France, Finland, Netherlands, Norway & Spain Prizes Offered: First Prize: The Nevermind: 20th Anniversary Super Deluxe Box Set contains: Second Prize: Limited Edition 16x16 inch Nirvana Nevermind canvas print (valued at approximately £50) Third Prize: Nirvana Nevermind 20th Anniversary T-shirt (valued at approximately £20). There will be three winning entries per participating territory. How To Enter: Opening Time for entries is 12:00 BST on 26th September 2011. Closing Time for all entries is 18:00 BST on 14th October 2011. The promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize. General: The competition is open to all entrants with a Spotify account who are resident in the Netherlands, France, Spain, Norway or Finland. All entrants must be at least 16 years of age or over. Employees of Universal Music Group International Limited and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with this competition are not eligible to enter this competition. Entry constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 3. No purchase is necessary but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to local call charges depending on their own individual arrangements for Internet access. Participants resident in France may, subject to restrictions below, request a refund of the charges incurred for Internet access corresponding to a 3-minute connection at a reduced rate. Participants with a free or flat-rate Internet connection (such as cable connection, ADSL or a dedicated line) will not be eligible for a refund. To request a refund, the refund application should be sent by post to Universal Music Group International Limited at the address set out below along with the bank account details, documentary evidence of Internet subscription and a letter indicating the date and time of the connection, no later than 15 days after the closing date of the competition, as attested by the date on the postmark. The participant's expenses for the stamp necessary for this request will be refunded on written request on the basis of the second-class "letter" rate in force. Only one refund application is permitted per participant subscribed to the playlist. Incomplete requests will not be considered. There is a limit of one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be void. Universal Music Group International Limited will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Universal Music Group International Limited takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. Further, Universal Music Group International Limited will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant's ability to participate in the competition. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Universal Music Group International Limited, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents and representatives from any damage, injury, loss, claim, action, demand or other liability that may arise from their acceptance and/or use of prize or their participation in this competition, or from any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded. 7. Universal Music Group International Limited reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold the prizes for violating any of these Terms and Conditions. Selection and Winner's Notification: On 14th October 2011 after the competition closes, Universal Music Group International Limited will pick out of a hat and select at random three winning entries from each territory from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received from each territory. The winners will be notified by e-mail no later than 21st October 2011. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners during this time. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time on the email address supplied to Universal Music Group International Limited by Spotify as being the email address used to register the Spotify account associated with the winning entry, Universal Music Group International Limited reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the pool of eligible entries. 9. The allocation of prizes to prize winners will be at the sole discretion of Universal Music Group International Limited and winners will not be entitled to choose which prize they receive. The judges' decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. There is no cash or other alternative to the prizes stated and the prizes are not transferable and no part or parts of the prizes may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you consent to Spotify passing your email address to Universal Music Group International Limited solely for the purpose of notifying the winners. Universal Music Group International Limited reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering the prize) if, in our sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit Universal Music Group International Limited's liability for death or personal injury caused by their employees or agents' negligence or for fraud. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then they shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law.
