Q: How do I gain ticket access during this pre-sale window? A: By pre-ordering the album via the Catfish and The Bottlemen official store (store.catfishandthebottlemen.com) between 7am GMT Friday 25th January and 12pm GMT Tuesday 29th January, you will then be sent a unique code via email from the afternoon/evening of Tuesday 29th January 2019.

Q: When will I, as an album purchaser via one of these retail partners, be sent my code? A: All album pre-order purchasers, via the partner retailer listed above, will be sent their code on the afternoon/evening of Tuesday 29th January 2019.

Q: If I receive a code, will I definitely be able to buy tickets in the pre-sale? A: There are only a limited number of tickets available and there is no guarantee that you will be able to buy tickets to a show by using your code. Tickets are sold on a first come first served basis.

Q: Who will send me my code? A: Your code will be sent via email by the Catfish and the Bottlemen digital/webstore team, from do_not_reply@ignition.co.uk.

Q: I have pre-ordered my album via the official partner link but want to visit a show in another country on the forthcoming tour. Will my code be valid? A: This code is ONLY valid for the May 2019 mainland UK headline tour dates.

Q: How many tickets will I be able to buy with my one access code? A: 4 tickets per code, while availability lasts.

Q: If I am unable to attend the show I’ve purchased tickets for, what are my options? A: The only places that tickets purchased here can be re-sold to another customer for entry to the show is through the face value ticket resale sites See Tickets fan-to-fan and Twickets. Other than this, tickets are strictly not transferable.

Q: Do I need to bring ID on the night of the concert? A: TICKETS ARE LIMITED TO X 4 PER PERSON. THE NAME OF THE LEAD BOOKER WILL BE PRINTED ON ALL TICKETS THEY PURCHASE, THIS PERSON MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE AT THE CONCERT. The name cannot be changed once the purchase has been made.

When the lead booker attends the show they will be asked to present matching PHOTO ID to gain entry to the venue. IF THE ID DOES NOT MATCH ENTRY WILL BE REFUSED.

The ticket purchaser must enter the concert accompanied by all their guests. Guests will not be allowed entry without the lead booker present and ID matching the name on the tickets.
